Adapted to varying levels of festival occupancy with maximum occupancy reaching over 14,000 visitors and worked in tandem with Production Ops Team in the egress of all patrons post final performance

Managed a team of 8 Barnstorm employees across three different areas of the festival (North Entrance, Bike Valet, and the Main Stage ADA platform)

Lead a team of 4 at the brand new North Entrance of the festival, ensuring a smooth process for patrons when entering and exiting the festival grounds​

Supervised C3’s 'Bike Valet' handling 450+ bikes per day, ensuring seamless customer interactions, timely returns, and secure storage, contributing to repeat patron usage

Supervised, with the assistance of a team of 3, the main stage ADA platform, ensuring all ADA accommodations were provide and all ADA rules and regulations were followed
​
Worked alongside other managers to post wayfinding signs, festival schedules, and ADA specific signage throughout the festival grounds
