Adapted to varying levels of festival occupancy with the maximum occupancy reaching over 20,000 visitors daily
Answered festival-goers’ questions regarding daily schedule, festival layout, and ADA accommodations

Assisted families with creating accounts with C3's Tag-A-Kid program in order to provide a plan of action if a child were to be separated from their guardians
Actively provided support to the lost and found department by assisting festival-goers and brainstorming possible next steps in locating lost items
