Adapted to varying levels of festival occupancy with maximum occupancy reaching over 14,000 visitors and worked in tandem with Production Ops Team in the egress of all patrons post final performance

Managed a team of 8 Barnstorm employees across two different areas of the festival (North Entrance and Safe Fest)

• Lead a team of 2 at the North Entrance of the festival, ensuring a smooth process for patrons when entering and exiting the festival grounds​

​

• Assisted festival security gate team by reiterating festival policies to festival goers as well as answering questions regarding parking, policies, and general info.​​​

​

• Supervised the C3 "Safe Fest" program, ensuring that the "Safe Fest" roamers felt supported while they actively looked for ways to assist festival goers. 

​

Worked alongside other managers to post wayfinding signs, festival schedules, and ADA specific signage throughout the festival grounds
