Worked alongside a team of 4 Accessibility Live employees across three accessible viewing areas and the main ADA accommodations tent

Supervised the main stage accessible viewing area, ensuring all ADA accommodations, rules, and regulations were followed

Kept a thorough record of platform attendance every 30 minutes to ensure the festival planning team maintained the most up to date metrics for future shows

Provided patrons with assistance when registering for ADA accommodations and answered any festival related questions or concerns

​Posted wayfinding ADA specific signage throughout the festival grounds ensuring all guest be made aware of the AVA locations​​
