Answered festival-goers’ questions regarding daily schedule, festival layout, and ADA accommodations

Assisted families with creating accounts with C3's Tag-Your-Kid program in order to provide a plan of action if a child were to be separated from their guardians

 

Facilitated the lost and found services provided to festival goers by logging lost items into the festivals database and walking guests through the claims process when an item had been found. If an item had not been turned in, I assisted festival goers in brainstorming possible next steps
